As part of a treatment program, Dr. Haque incorporates exercises to strengthen muscles of the spine to keep the joints stabilized and prevent further injury from weakness. Dr. Haque also works with Lifestyle Fitness to help patients achieve their weight loss and fitness goals with a certified personal trainer.
