I have been a cheerleader for most of my life. So I knew when I landed incorrectly from my back tuck that I was going to be in pain. Boy did I have that right! I immediately went into shock. I was unable to move. I could hardly get up, let alone walk. It felt as if I had just jammed my back and hips.
