Annette got her massage therapist diploma and her MBLEx exam with Cortiva Institute in Florida. After moving back to the Bay Area, she became a licensed massage therapist in California. Wellness, sports, and healthy living had always been her passion. In her late thirties, having spent too much time on airplanes, in office chairs and behind computer screens, her body started sending her warning signals; "It's time to make major changes!" This is when she decided to enroll in the massage therapy program and get her therapy degree. She is grateful that even though she was too busy to listen at first, the calling for body work did not give up on her before it was too late. Prior to joining us at Haque Chiropractic, Annette worked at an Ayurvedic Health Center where she learned many wonderful techniques and practices of Ayurveda Medicine. Her passion is to continue her amazing journey of helping people to be healthy and live their best lives. Her motto is that if people were having massages and doing meditation on a regular basis the world would be a much better place.
